The Ohio Department of Health now requires all food service facilities to have at least one staff person who has completed an ODH approved Level 2 Food Safety training. This is a certification for those who manage food safety in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other food service operations. Ohio State Extension in Trumbull County provides two options for this training; as a self-paced online course, or in a traditional face-to-face class. 

 

Self-Paced Online Class

Ohio State University Extension has partnered with TAP Series to offer a self-paced, online course which meets all ODH requirements. Total cost is only $175. All training modules are online and can be completed at your convenience.
