The Ohio Department of Health now requires all food service facilities to have at least one staff person who has completed an ODH approved Level 2 Food Safety training. OSU Extension has partnered with TAP Series to offer an online course which meets all ODH requirements and replaces the 15 hour (2 day) classroom study requirement. Total cost is only $150.
