New Volunteer Information

2026-2027 New 4-H Volunteer Application - 4-H Volunteer screening must be completed, no later than March 31, 2027 in order to be a 4-H advisor for the 2026-2027 program year. 

2026-2027 New Volunteer Orientation Dates- All NVO's are held at the OSUE Office in Cortland
