Project Guidelines
Project guidelines are used as a resource for families. Each set of guidelines provides species/project area specific information when it comes to the requirements, opportunities, deadlines & fair information (if applicable). We encourage families to print and/or save a copy. Guidelines are updated each year.

2025 Project Judging/Skillathon Dates
Animal
Animal Project Judging/Skillathon is Tuesday, June 3, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds. *Members involved in multiple species may have a flexible/stagger start beginning at 5:30 if not before. Please check with your advisor as the date gets closer for an update.

2025 Quality Assurance Information- Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 9:00-11:00 am at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds

Quality Assurance Verification Form - Must be printed out and taken with you if attending an out-of-county QA. Must be filled out and submitted to the Trumbull Extension Office.
