2019 Club Operating Policies & Guidelines

Created in 2018, the Club Operating Policies & Guidelines are available as a resource for families and clubs. This resource is updated each year and is available as a half page pamphlet or a downloadable pdf document. These guidelines cover 4-H membership, club membership and forms, project books, adult volunteers, fundraising/sponsorships, educational materials, state operational procedures, and miscellaneous tips and reminders. Quality Assurance Information & Forms 

2019 Quality Assurance Information

Quality Assurance Verification Form - Must be printed out and taken with you if attending an out-of-county QA. Must be filled out and submitted to the Trumbull Extension Office.


2019 Project Judging/Skillathon Dates


Animal Project Judging/Skillathon (including rabbits & pocket pets for 2019) is Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds.

Clothing Project Judging is tentatively Friday, June 28, 2019 from 1:00-4:00 pm at the OSU Extension Office in Cortland.
