Existing families are already in our 4-H Online system. Please use your primary family email to log-in to your profile. If you do not remember which email was used or your email changed, please notify Ashlee Meardith, 4-H Educator at meardith.1@osu.edu. The email will have to be changed within your family profile from the admin side. Forgot your password or haven't entered one yet? Please select "reset password" towards the bottom of the log-in screen. Please DO NOT create a new family profile, as this will create a duplicate family account that will be eventually deleted. Also, once you hit submit, you will not be able to make edits to the member profiles. If a project needs added or dropped after submission, please email Ashlee to make the change.

4-H Online 2.0: 2023 Trumbull 4-H Returning Member Enrollment
Beginning in 2018, we have required current 4-H families to enroll themselves in the Trumbull County 4-H Program electronically verus the paper copy we've used in the past. In November of 2020, 4-H Online updated to the *2.0 Version. We will do our best to provide familes with in-depth instructions so that enrollments will be quick and painless. The electronic version is for established 4-H families and members only.
**If you are a new family to Trumbull County 4-H, you will need to complete a paper New Member Enrollment form and turn it in to the Extension Office. Your club advisor will have the form for you to complete.**

Quick Notes/Reminders:
- Each family has a personal profile. You must use one "family" email to access the family's account and individual members. If you have not listed a family email, you will need to do so before attempting to sign in to family's enrollment and profile. Questions can be directed toward Ashlee Meardith, 4-H Educator.
- Please make sure all information (address, telephone, health considerations club, projects, etc.) are CURRENT and/or UPDATED. We use the information provided for contact purposes and to make sure your child/children are enrolled in the correct projects for the given year. Please double check project list to make sure all projects are listed that your child/children plan to participate in.
- Keep in mind that one project book may support multiple projects. (Ex. #150 Poultry Book). When enrolling in a project, make sure you select one/all projects in that book at you may be interested in exhibiting/completing. (Ex. You want to enroll for a market chicken and fancy/exhibition duck. You must select the 150 CM Chicken Market Project AND 150 DE Duck Exhbition Project. They use the same book but are enrolled SEPARATELY. It is not a catch one, catch all situation)
