Sebrinna Jameson, M.B.A., MS.

Sebrinna is an Ohio State University Extension Office Services Coordinator with an M.B.A. and a master’s degree in marketing. She creates, modifies, and maintains websites and social media, and provides administrative, technical, and fiscal support for the Trumbull County Extension Office in Cortland, OH.

Sebrinna’s financial responsibilities include completing, approving, and processing forms related to purchasing, travel, and other fiscal matters; maintaining and monitoring fund information for compliance with budget parameters; performing daily accounting activities—including accounts payable/receivable and month‑end and year‑end closing processes—maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy and security of financial data; monitoring actual spending against budgetary allotments; analyzing variances and forecasting future financial needs; advising on areas of concern; and generating summary information and financial status reports throughout the fiscal year.

She plans and collaborates with staff to oversee arrangements for special events; produces routine to complex or technical documents such as reports, mass mailings, newsletters, and presentations; works with OSU Extension MarCom offices to develop branded marketing materials; creates Qualtrics surveys; and provides support for office educators. She also maintains electronic and manual records and inventory systems and makes decisions regarding office procedures and process improvements based on established policies and procedures of The Ohio State University.
