    This class is open to both Master Gardeners and the general public. For Master Gardeners, this class is worth 5 hours of continuing education. Cost is $35 per person.     OSU Extension in Trumbull County will be offering a training session to help you study for the Ohio Department of Agriculture’s Private Pesticide Applicator’s Exam. This class is not required, but will provide an overview of what applicators need to study for the CORE (safety) exam.

    During this class, participants will learn about the basics of growing Strawberries and Blueberries in the home garden. Tim will also introduce participants to the production of Elderberries, Currants and Saskatoons which can be delightful additions to your home fruit garden.  This class is open to both Master Gardeners and the general public. For Master Gardeners, this class is worth 3 hours of continuing education.

    Join The Ohio State University Fruit and Vegetable Safety Team to learn about on-farm produce safety and good agricultural practices or 'GAPs' education! Please be aware that attending this class does not equate to becoming 'GAPs Certified', as GAPs Certification involves having a third party audit performed on your produce operation.
