    Join us for the 10th Annual 4-H Kickoff on Wednesday, October 23rd at TCTC! The Kickoff is an open house style event that allows interested families to attend and learn more about what 4-H has to offer! Many of our traditional clubs are in attendance and have handouts/activities for participants! We hope your family finds their fit in 4-H in 2024-2025!     Virtual Dining With Diabetes Do you or someone you love have diabetes?  With 30 million diabetics in America, you are not alone! You will learn how to incorporate good, healthy cooking techniques and other practices to help control your blood sugar through our cooking school and nutrition education program designed for people with diabetes and their family members or caregivers. Join us for 4 interactive class sessions that you will learn to manage your diabetes by making healthy lifestyle choices.
