This web page is designed to provide information and application materials for all Trumbull County 4-H Older Youth Opportunities.

ALL AWARD & SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE DUE TO THE TRUMBULL OSU EXTENSION OFFICE BY FRIDAY, JANUARY 18, 2008 BY 4:30 P.M.


LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All 4-H members who wish to apply for any award, trip, or scholarship may download all instructions and application forms here. The following is a comprehensive list of all awards, trips, and scholarships available.

  • Ohio 4-H Ambassador
  • International Programs
  • State Achievement Awards (includes the following awards: Beef, Dairy, Family Life & Child Development, Health & Safety, Mechanical & Engineering Science, Sheep, Vet Science, Citizenship & Community Service, Dairy Goat, Meat Goat, Companion Animals, CARTEENS, Photography, Foods & Nutrition, Horse, Personal Development, Shooting Sports, Clothing & Textiles, Environmental Science, Gardening & Horticulture, Leadership, Rabbits, Poultry, and Swine
  • State Opportunities (includes the following opportunities: State Junior Fair Board, National Dairy Conference, N.I.C.E. Conference, Ohio Dairy Goat Conference, and OTA Local Government Award)

Who is eligible for these awards and opportunities?
4-H members who are or will be between the ages of 14 and 18 as of January 1, 2008

Why do I need the forms?
You must complete the required forms in order to eligible for the awards and opportunities. The forms take time to fill out, so request them early! You also might want to read through the awards/opportunities summary sheet for a detailed description of all the awards and what needs to be filled out for each award.
